The Fairmile's Make Your Own Sausages Recipe
Sausages are so delicious. They’re convenient, cook quickly and taste amazing. If you wanted to cook a delicious sausage recipe this week, then we’ve got a great recipe for you.
Method
Mix all of the dry ingredients together and then add with the pork. Thoroughly mix the ingredients.
Add the freshly grated ginger to the mix and again mix thoroughly.
Lastly finely chop the parsley and combine with the mixture.
Add the mixture into a piping bag with a round nozzle. Carefully squeeze into the casings and tie off each end to create your desired sausage size.
Cook either on a BBQ grill or in a lightly oiled pan for 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Serve with a salad or your favourite accompaniment.
Fennel and Ginger Sausages
Ingredients
350g Pork mince
20g Dried fennel
20g Fresh ginger, grated
10g Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sausage casings
Olive oil, if cooking in a pan
Serves 2 - 3 as part of a main meal
